The Ground Operations function operates as a multi-disciplinary team of experts driving efficiency and innovation across all aspects of Ground Operations. As Duty Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring all operational processes at the airport and overseeing the daily airport activities. You ensure the correct application of all aviation regulations and procedures. In this role, you’ll report to the Station Account Manager.

ABOUT THE JOB

As Duty Operations Supervisor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating, supporting, and monitoring Self-Handling activities for TUI flights.
  • Representing TUI at the airport during your shift.
  • Liaising with all relevant parties to ensure on-time aircraft departures.
  • Acting as the link between flight crew and ground handlers.
  • Ensuring correct aircraft loading as per the planned specifications.
  • Supervising safe and accurate fuelling processes.
  • Operating various airline and IT systems.
  • Maintaining the highest safety and security standards.
  • Reporting operational issues to the relevant departments.

  • A high level of professionalism and sense of responsibility.
  • Flexibility – willing to work in a 24/7 shift pattern.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm approach under pressure.
  • A customer-focused mindset and solid commercial awareness.
  • Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
