**local – seasonal – 5 days/week – 24 to 40hrs/week**

 

Become part of our famous TUI Destination Team as one of our Hotel Reps and use every day as an opportunity to make our guests smile and ‘live happy’.  

 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You will be meeting, coordinating, advising, selling, and fixing more complex problems for our international guests during your morning Hotel visits
  • You will be assisting all guests in destination and prior to arrival in Florida, with our online products & services through digital channels in the afternoon
  • It all starts with you uncovering guests’ holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution and sales opportunities.
  • Meet and Greet buses and ensure that all guests are accounted for a smooth transfer back to the Airport.
  • You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular sales target updates and guest feedback results for service provided in your hotels and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’. 
  • You will learn more about all TUI Destination Team job roles as we identify and match your skills to the most suitable jobs throughout your recruitment experience. 

 

ABOUT YOU

  • A consistently happy colleague and great team player.
  • A true people person - confident communicating and selling to international guests, whilst remaining calm and empathetic in a crisis or when problems for our guests occur. 
  • Willing to learn the demands of the job, the technology needed to do it and all about our incredible products & services. 
  • You are fully conversational in English and not afraid to speak in front of guests. 
  • Have a driving license and your own personal vehicle. 
  • The right to live and work in the U.S.
  • Willing to work weekends and holidays with a set schedule during the 9-month season (2 consecutive days off per week)
  • Finally … you will be proud to wear your ‘TUI Blues’ and represent our ‘TUI Smile’ at all times.

 

ABOUT OUR OFFER

  • A job in Service at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at $19/hour.

  • Gas allowance starting at $60/month, as driving between hotels and the TUI Office is required.

  • Your earned commission will come on top, based on sold excursions and tickets.

  • A company iPad & uniform are of course standard. 
  • We pay you for all training days completed plus free access to our TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy & Language Lessons.

ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • You will pro-actively inform and communicate with guests in a digital way.
  • Comfortable speaking to our guests and internal suppliers on the phone (outbound and inbound calls) whilst in destination and prior to arrival in Florida.
  • You will be supporting our international guests in more complex, sensitive, or emergency situations that need that extra special attention.
  • It all starts with you uncovering guests’ holiday needs and matching them with the right service solution.
  • You will be able to monitor and celebrate your success with regular target updates and guest feedback results for service provided in your hotels and how well you have ‘solved on the spot’.
