Are you passionate about sales, have service in your DNA, and want to be part of TUI’s future journey? We’re looking for a full-time Norwegian-speaking Customer Sales & Service Agent to join our Nordic Customer Centre in Oslo. You’ll help customers fulfil their holiday dreams via phone, chat, and social media – always with a smile and a solution.

  • Guide customers to the right holiday product across phone, chat, and social media.
  • Handle all customer contacts with empathy, energy, and a strong service mindset.
  • Resolve service-related queries efficiently and professionally.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven team environment.
  • Contribute actively to team and individual KPIs.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development via the TUI Learning Hub.
  • Work scheduled shifts including daytime, Saturdays, and holidays.
  • Represent the TUI brand and deliver a seamless customer experience.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • Fluent in Norwegian and English – other Nordic languages are a plus.
  • Passionate about sales and motivated by clear goals.
  • Positive, flexible, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable working independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
  • Experience from travel or customer service is a plus – or simply a seasoned traveller.
