ABOUT THE JOB
- You'll help define scalable solutions and models for organizing and providing suppliers including tourist guides, venues, and drivers.
- We'll look to you to propose operational process improvements based on customer and supplier feedback, utilizing the current tools available.
- You'll collaborate with supply teams on top venues and attractions partnerships to ensure sufficient availability for our customers.
- Working with the team, you'll assist in data analysis processes to improve key performance indicators such as customer satisfaction and gross margins.
- You'll provide valuable feedback on our tour portfolio and develop operational improvements based on insights from customers and suppliers.
- Supporting the onboarding, training, and motivation of our freelance guides will be an important part of your role to ensure they continue their journey with TUI Musement.
ABOUT YOU
- You're fluent in English, both verbal and written, with Italian and Spanish language skills being advantageous.
- You're flexible and willing to work on scheduled shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
- You have proven experience in tourism back-office roles, which would be highly valued in this position.
- You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style according to different audiences, along with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- You bring a proactive, hands-on approach to work, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a structured and detail-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
- You're innovative and digital-savvy, constantly looking for opportunities to grow and improve processes.
- You have exceptional ability to work with multinational colleagues and gain buy-in from a range of stakeholders.
