Join our global TUI Musement Finance Team as FBP Manager TUI SP&A managing Director and leadership team supporting financial planning, performance steering, and strategic decision-making across multiple markets and channels. TUI SP&A is one of TUI Musement’s key regional businesses, operating across Spain, Portugal, and the Americas. The region covers both B2C (TUI branded sites) and B2B (independent agents, LATAM partners, and digital platforms) channels — delivering a broad portfolio of excursions, experiences, and travel services. 

 

As TUI SP&A accelerates its transformation — simplifying systems, expanding digital sales, and optimising commercial performance — finance plays a pivotal role in ensuring sustainable growth and accountability.

ABOUT YOU

  • Partner with the SP&A Managing Director and senior leadership team, providing financial insight and challenge to drive regional performance. 
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the SP&A region, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Musement and Group targets.
  • Deliver clear and actionable performance analysis, focusing on revenue, margin, cost efficiency, and market trends. 
  • Support the evaluation and tracking of strategic initiatives, including LATAM B2B expansion, independent B2B growth, Sports & Events product rollout, and digital transformation projects. 
  • Assess investment and business cases, ensuring strong ROI and prioritisation of resources. 
  • Play a key role in the SP&A transformation programme, quantifying benefits from system simplification, automation, and organisational redesign. 
  • Lead margin and profitability analysis across products, channels, and markets, identifying levers for improvement. 
  • Drive process improvement and automation, helping finance evolve towards greater efficiency and data-driven insight. 
  • Coach analysts within the commercial finance team, developing capability and fostering a culture of financial ownership within the SP&A business. 

 

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Strong experience in commercial finance, FP&A, or business partnering, ideally in an international or regional role. 
  • Proven ability to translate financial data into strategic insight and business action. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, confident engaging with senior commercial and operational leaders. 
  • Skilled in financial modelling, forecasting, and scenario analysis, with solid systems experience (Tagetik, Power BI, SAP, TM1). 
  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or equivalent.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish and/or Portuguese a strong advantage. 
  • Curious, collaborative, and proactive — comfortable operating in a fast-changing, multicultural environment. 
  • Experience in travel, digital, or consumer-facing businesses desirable but not essential.
