Join our dynamic TUI Global Business Services Team in Palma, Spain, as an O2C Master Data & Back Office Agent, where you'll play a crucial role in maintaining data integrity and supporting our TUI Musement companies.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • Manage supplier and client creation processes, ensuring data integrity in our systems (Asterix, SAP).
  • Create and revise processes to facilitate information flow between operative and Finance systems.
  • Collaborate with IT, Operations, and TUI Group Business Services to analyze and resolve system discrepancies. Handle Back Office tasks including setups, posting incoming payments, and reporting.
  • Adhere to Internal Audit requirements in your daily work.
  • Participate in projects focused on resource and system optimization within TUI Group.


ABOUT YOU

  • University degree (preferably in Business or Tourism).
  • Experience in supplier and customer management within SAP.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, with Power Query and Power BI skills as a plus.
  • Strong data analysis and report generation capabilities.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Knowledge of ticketing tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills with fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal). Additional language skills (French, German, or Italian) are a plus.
