ABOUT THE JOB

  • Prepare and analyse monthly financial reports using SAP and Asterix systems, including debtor risk assessments and cash flow forecasts.
  • Drive continuous process improvement and automation, developing reporting dashboards and implementing P2P processes.
  • Perform monthly closing tasks and manage ad-hoc projects within the department.
  • Conduct process analysis, identify GAPs, and provide support for process development.
  • Create manuals and documentation for processes, and train colleagues in our hubs across different countries.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to support financial controls and provide accurate information.
     

ABOUT YOU

  • Business University degree is advantageous, along with a minimum of three years of experience developing analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP tools, particularly SAP and Asterix/Atlas systems.
  • Strong data management skills, including MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and knowledge of Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Visio and Microsoft Project is a plus.
  • Proven numeric skills and financial acumen, with a methodical and organized approach to task execution.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (written and verbal) are essential. Additional languages are advantageous.
  • Adaptable team player with a passion for continuous learning and process optimisation
