ABOUT OUR OFFER 

 

  • A job at TUI offers more than your basic salary which already starts at 13.000 € gross/annual

  • Any commission or extra payments comes on top.

  • 1-2 days off/week (days off depends on the number of weddings/week) 
  • Additional paid annual leave (to be taken after season ends).
  • 44 - 48 working hours/week.
  • A company iPad & uniform are of course standard.
  • We pay you for all training days completed plus free access to our TUI Learning Hub, TUI Skills Academy & Language Lessons.

ABOUT YOU 

 

  • Right to live and work in Cyprus is essential.

  • Previous experience in customer service position would be an advantage.

  • Digital know-how, computer literate (Microsoft Office, Excel) & experience with using mobile devices, particularly iPads.

  • Exceptional communications skills, fluency in English - both written and verbal is required along with strong administration skills.

  • Knowledge of Greek language will be helpful.

  • Flexibility regarding working hours.

  • You genuinely enjoy spreading positivity, are a great team player and overall, just a true people person.

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment are key, as well as the ability to solve problems and to work under pressure. 

  • A driving license (manual car) and willingness to drive is required.  

 


ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • Meeting couples in resort prior to their wedding day to discuss and finalize all arrangements for their big day.

  • Uncovering any missing pre-booked items, or any adjustments to pre-booked items.

  • Ensuring all arrangements for the wedding day are ready and in place.  

  • Being present on the wedding day to ensure that all services are smoothly delivered.

  • Working closely with local suppliers, communicating with wedding couple and their guests.

  • Resolving any issues on spot, to ensure that the couple and their guests are enjoying the wedding day. 

  • Following up with the couple to ensure they have had a first-class service.
