We’re looking for Childcare & Activities Host who are available to start immediately and can stay with us until 31st of October.
If you live in Spain, have the right to work there, hold a recognised childcare qualification, speak English—and ideally another European language—keep reading!
ABOUT OUR OFFER
- Seasonal or permanent contracts available with optional winter work opportunities.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Deliver fun, high-energy activities on land and in the water, including archery, inflatables, water zorbing, and the Aerial Adventure course.
- Lead engaging kids’ club sessions for ages 3–17, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
- Instruct the Aerial Adventure course, working confidently at height.
- Host daytime activities for guests of all ages and support entertainment programmes, including pool parties and shows.
- Take full responsibility for children in your care, following health & safety, safeguarding, and sign-in/out procedures.
- Work collaboratively with your team to deliver a varied and memorable activity programme.
- Build positive relationships with guests, parents, and colleagues, providing excellent customer service.
- Set up and pack down activities to a high standard, supporting resort operations at the start and end of the season.
ABOUT YOU
- Experience working with children, leading activities, and understanding safeguarding, with a childcare qualification desirable but not essential.
- Confident, outgoing, and able to engage children of all ages through fun, active interaction.
- Flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to support evening entertainment.
- Fully conversational in English, with the ability to work effectively as part of an international team within a UK-based concept.
