Join TUI Group, the world's number one integrated tourism business, as a Crew Support Specialist within our Customer, Cabin and Inflight Service function. In this dynamic role, you'll provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our diverse flying community spanning UK&I, Nordics, Belgium, The Netherlands, Germany, Morocco, and the Dutch Antilles. Working within our multi-disciplinary team of experts, you'll handle a variety of departmental tasks to deliver exceptional service to Cabin Crew and Cabin Crew Management colleagues. Your keen eye for detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced operational environment will be essential as you help us meet TUI Airline service level agreements and KPIs while contributing to our culture of efficiency and innovation.

ABOUT THE JOB

 

  • Performance Monitoring & Insights: Track and analyze daily Cabin Report feedback to identify trends, deliver weekly insights for stakeholder meetings, and compile comprehensive monthly KPI reports with trend analysis.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely communication and accurate data delivery against established timescales.
  • Administrative Excellence: Manage day-to-day tasks including document handling, data entry, scheduling, and record maintenance to support smooth departmental operations.
  • Communication Support: Help create clear, engaging communications such as crew briefs, newsletters, and operational documentation to keep cabin crew informed and aligned.
  • Crew Support: Serve as a trusted point of contact for cabin crew, handling operational inquiries with discretion while ensuring sensitive information is managed securely.
  • Working Arrangements: This role operates on a hybrid working basis in line with local working agreements. Travel will be required on occasion as part of your responsibilities to connect with teams and stakeholders.

 

ABOUT YOU

 

  • You have excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • You're detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of your work.
  • You possess excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively while also working independently using your own initiative.
  • You're IT proficient with the Microsoft suite and have a natural aptitude for learning in-house systems.
  • You have a proven track record in customer service environments and can implement new ways of working.
  • You have advanced proficiency in English and Dutch, with previous cabin crew experience or aviation background being a valuable advantage.
