As Director Customer Analytics & Data Solutions, you will lead advanced data-driven analysis, insight and modelling across TUI's M+A Marketing, Sales & Customer Division.

ABOUT THE JOB

  • You'll define and gain agreement on the vision and strategy for Analytics, Data Solutions, and Personalisation support within the Marketing, Sales & Customer division, ensuring alignment with broader divisions and group-wide developments.
  • You'll develop and oversee the implementation of a cohesive analytics approach across the division to support decision-making and deliver actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • You'll provide leadership for Data Solutions and AI activities within the division, developing strategies that enhance customer understanding and improve commercial outcomes.
  • You'll lead eCommerce Analytics across Markets + Airline, working with teams to agree on architecture, tools, platforms, and ways of working to drive digital performance.
  • You'll direct Customer & CRM Analytics, aligning closely with relevant teams to deliver ongoing insight that improves customer understanding and targeting.
  • You'll oversee the implementation and operation of data solutions stacks, and reporting and analystics tools, ensuring alignment between analytics requirements and platform capabilities. 
  • You'll create scalable, practical customer segmentation and propensity models to guide marketing activities and improve customer engagement and conversion rates.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You have extensive experience in defining, developing, and optimising complex data solutions, machine learning, and analytic programmes in a multi-national retail or B2C environment.
  • You possess solid knowledge of customer data platforms, data architecture, and data governance principles with experience implementing enterprise-scale data management solutions.
  • You demonstrate expertise in strategic thinking within complex, international organisations, effectively engaging with diverse stakeholders and balancing competing pressures.
  • You have a proven track record of optimising customer-centric and commercial models to surpass challenging KPIs and OKRs.
  • You possess exceptional communication and storytelling abilities, adept at distilling complex information for audiences at all organizational levels, including senior executives.
  • You're able to quickly interpret complex data and statistics, recognize patterns and determine commercial opportunities.
  • You have practical experience developing effective customer segmentation models and embedding them into marketing operations.
  • You have experience leading, inspiring and developing large multi-disciplinary international departments and building effective senior leadership teams.
