As a First Officer, you will have significant responsibilities and will receive active mentoring from experienced Captains to help you advance in your career. With the variety of roles we offer outside of flying, there are many opportunities to further define your career path within our company.

About you

  • You have an unrestricted and valid EASA (frozen) ATPL license and are approved for LVO operations CAT III
  • Preferably a valid B787 type rating; if you don’t have a B787 type rating, you need to possess another valid Jet type rating with a completed line check
  • You have a valid Medical class 1 certificate 
  • A valid EU passport
  • Fluent in English (ELP 5 minimum); proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  • Able to operate out of our main base Schiphol

  • Step 1: CV screening
  • Step 2: online technical questionnaire
  • Step 3: selection day 1: HR interview & simulator assessment at CAE Schiphol
  • Step 4: selection day 2: psychological assessment & alcohol- and drug test


We schedule selection day 1 and 2 within the same week.
