About the positions

For summer 2026 we are looking for motivated, positive, and service-oriented colleagues for two key positions at our destinations in Turkey, Rhodes and Cyprus. 

Combi Guide - Türkiye

The Combi Guide in Türkiye combines service and activity responsibilities. Your tasks includes:

• Providing personal service at one of our largets family hotels
• Handling digital service and problem solving  
• Leading kids club actiuvities for children in age 4-11 
• Planning and running fun programs, games, and mini disco performances on stage 
• Coordinating activities in collaboration with the hotel
• Using creativity to make holiday dreams come true for children and families  
• Flexible schedule, including day, evening, and weekend shifts

Who we are looking for

We seek individuals who:

• Have a positive attitude and a genuine interest in people and service.
• Enjoy working internationally and taking responsibility. 
• Are flexible and solution-orientated,
• Fluent Finnish speaking, additional Nordic language skills are an advantage
• Communicate confidentially in English.
• Are available for the full season (April/May - September/October)
• Hold a valid manuel B driver´s license, and it must be valid for a minimum of one full calendar year from your arrival at the destination.

Merits, but not required:

• Experience in service, events, hotels, children activities, or tourism.

Personality and motivation are our top priorities.

What we offer

• Internal training in season start.
• Company provided accommodation free of charge and all reasonable accommodation costs are taken care by Nazar.
• Flight tickets covered according to your terms outlines in your contract.
• You will have a legal employment contract, valid insurance from Nordic´s, and official work permit (if/when required in destination country).
• Monthly salary paid in Euro or Turkish lira.
