Joining the Record to Report Team as a R2R Executive you will execute General Ledger activities within the TUI Global Business Services unit (TGBS) to provide a high level of service and support to the internal and external customers. 

ABOUT THE JOB
 

    • Assist GL Team ensuring the financial integrity of the TUI legal entities managed by TGBS executing accounting closing transactions  

    • Answer internal customer queries and claims 

    • You will reconcile balance sheet accounts in line with Group standards.  

    • You will create journal entries and consolidate supporting documentation as well as assist in the production of financial statements and ad-hoc reports as required 

    • You will follow the financial control procedures and process documents.  

    • You will record COSO controls evidences in the area (Controlled Operations Successful Outcomes) in order to achieve internal group compliance for all entities under control  

ABOUT YOU

    • University degree in accounting. 

    • Experience in similar role will be advantageous. 

    • Good written and spoken language skills in English.  

    • A methodical, organized approach to the execution of assigned tasks 

    • Strong Excel skills 

    • Candidates with a SAP knowledge will be advantageous 

    • An individual who never stops looking ahead, raising improvements in current procedures, seeking new ways to delight customers and grow the business.
