ABOUT THE JOB
- Provide comprehensive HR support for our Tunisia hub, combining advisory services with talent acquisition expertise to enable business growth:
- Manage a variety of employee relations cases, including dismissals, performance issues, disputes, absences, and disciplinary actions, ensuring compliance and fairness throughout.
- Rely on you to coach and advise managers on HR strategy, risk management, and embedding our company values in their leadership practices.
- Interpret and communicate employment law and internal HR policies, making sure our teams stay compliant and informed.
- Drive HR projects and change initiatives, from policy development and process simplification to local learning and wellbeing programs.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for local roles, delivering a positive candidate experience and partnering with global teams for best practices.
- Proactively source and attract talent through LinkedIn, job boards, and talent pools, building strong pipelines for future growth.
- Manage screening, assessments, and competency-based interviews, while coaching hiring managers on effective and compliant recruitment processes.
- Support employer branding initiatives and maintain relationships with universities and external partners to strengthen our talent network.
ABOUT YOU
- You have comprehensive knowledge of HR practices and employment law, with hands-on experience in employee relations case management.
- You have a successful track record in recruitment and talent sourcing, ideally across diverse channels and markets.
- You are an excellent communicator and influencer, able to build trust and manage stakeholders at all levels.
- You balance strategic thinking with operational execution, thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- You demonstrate high integrity, cultural awareness, and a strong service orientation in everything you do.
- You ideally hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and have experience in multinational or matrix organizations.
- You are fluent in verbal and written English. Additional languages advantageous
