Joining the TUI Musement, Intercruises Shoreside and Port Services team in the UK as a Port Agency Executive, you will be working in a team that works in unison with cruise lines, ports, local authorities, supplier and sub-agents to deliver a seamless port operations experience to our clients.

There are many ways for you to get involved: 


  • Act as the main point of contact for cruise lines, ships, ports, sub-agents for all Port Operations
  • Maintain and develop excellent relationships with our cruise line clients, port authorities, suppliers, immigration & local authorities and all other relationships both external and internal
  • Assist with the commercial proposals for potential clients, supplier negotiations and contracting
  • Prepare all the services requested by the ship before, during and after the call
  • Manage and implement all ship requests to suppliers, ports and sub-agents
  • Prepare the official documentation needed for the ship calls (Port authorities, Customs, Immigration)
  • Ensure current legislation regarding all port-related matters are communicated in a timely manner to all clients and operational teams and implemented fully
  • Ensuring industry leading H&S requirements are implemented and adhered to and all crisis and disruption events are dealt with to the highest standards
