As Creative Lead, you’ll head up our Nordic creative & project management team, leading, coaching, and developing talent to deliver outstanding work. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing communications, assets, and packaging that bring TUI’s global brand to life in a way that resonates across our Nordic markets.

 

As Creative Lead, you’ll head up our Nordic creative & project management team, leading, coaching, and developing talent to deliver outstanding work. You’ll be responsible for creating and executing impactful marketing communications, assets, and packaging that bring TUI’s global brand to life in a way that resonates across our Nordic markets.
You’ll oversee the transcreation of central campaigns, adapt assets for regional priorities, and drive the creation of local campaign and sales materials across all channels - digital and offline, owned and paid. Beyond creative execution, you’ll take strategic ownership to develop and optimise the yearly marketing communication plan, lead and enable cross-market collaboration through transparent planning and comprehensive asset toolkits, and ensure integrated campaigns deliver on regional strategy, brand priorities, and commercial goals. This is a role where creative vision meets strategic execution - inspiring teams, building brand awareness, driving engagement, and supporting sales growth across the Nordics.

This role will be published until the 8th october 2025, but may be taken offline earlier due to high volumes.

About the role

  • Set the marketing communication & campaign agenda for TUI Nordic
  • Manage and facilitate ideation and strategy development
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns & content creation
  • Lead the creative & project management team at TUI Nordic
  • Lead optimization efforts across regions to maximize campaign performance metrics and ROI and ensure consistent approach to campaign management
  • Work close to TUI Marketing Global team & Nordic Sales and E-commerce team to deliver on full funnel KPI´s   
  • Work close to our creative agency, media agency and media partners

 

About you

  • Proven experience in B2C marketing for an international brand
  • Working experience in marketing and management within complex, matrix-structured organizations
  • Strong track record in campaign management and execution of large-scale multichannel campaigns
  • Experience in project management supporting complex campaigns across multiple stakeholders and channels
  • Hands-on marketing experience in roles such as strategy lead, producer, or creative
  • Leadership education and prior experience in a similar role
  • Working experience or a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Swedish or other Nordic languages is desirable.
