We are looking for a new E-commerce & Personalisation Executive to join our Swedish team, based in Stockholm.
The ideal candidate is an experienced web producer with a strong focus on segmentation and audience targeting. You will be responsible for packaging, merchandising, and optimising how we present our full product portfolio and campaigns across TUI’s Swedish websites—ensuring content is personalised and segmented to be as relevant as possible for our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Personalising, segmenting, and optimising commercial product content and offers using Adobe Target, Tealium, and the local CMS.
  • Creating compelling content and developing ideas to merchandise inventory for both new and existing customer segments.
  • Tracking performance data and continuously optimising based on insights.
  • Supporting A/B testing and experimenting with new capabilities and audience segments.
  • Packaging and merchandising hotel, resort, and destination content with a commercial focus, aligned with business plans and priorities.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving site content-related issues promptly.
  • Reporting technical issues as needed.
  • Collaborating with other E-commerce teams, including Web, App, and Campaign.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • A proven, hands-on experience producing online content that drives sales, with a focus on product packaging and content optimisation.
  • Proven experience in digital business, e-commerce, and digital development.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
  • Experience working with content management systems (CMS).
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Target and Tealium.
  • Basic understanding of Java/JSON scripting is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and business-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Swedish, tailored for digital channels.
  • Solid understanding of online consumer buying behaviour.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in both Swedish and English—written and spoken.
