As Paid Search Manager at TUI, you’ll take ownership of a key digital channel, combining day-to-day execution with driving innovation. You’ll be at the forefront of testing and implementing new approaches – from conversational search and value-based bidding to advanced automation – while ensuring campaigns deliver on traffic, conversion and revenue goals.

About the role
This role is hands-on and analytical. You’ll manage end-to-end paid search activities across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, from campaign setup and optimisation to budget management and performance analysis. By implementing best practices and innovative approaches, you’ll maximise ROI while keeping our activities aligned with TUI’s overall commercial priorities.
What you’ll do:
- Campaign Development & Implementation: Create, structure and optimise search campaigns based on customer intent, product categories and journey stages.
- Budget Management & Optimisation: Manage and allocate budgets, monitor CPA/ROAS, and implement bid adjustments across devices, audiences and geographies.Content Optimisation: Test and refine ad copy, implement ad extensions, and work with content teams to boost click-through and quality scores.
- Performance Analysis & Insights: Analyse search query and keyword data, build regular reports, and translate insights into optimisation and growth strategies.
- Automated Bidding Management: Implement and monitor automated bidding strategies, testing approaches to find the optimal setup.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, content and e-commerce teams to ensure an integrated customer journey.
- Industry Knowledge & Innovation: Stay ahead of platform updates, test new features and formats, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
- Testing & Optimisation: Design and execute A/B tests for ads, landing pages and bidding, sharing learnings across the team.
About you
We’re looking for a data-driven, detail-oriented and ambitious paid search specialist ready to take full ownership of campaigns across multiple Nordic markets. You’ll bring:
- Great experience in paid search marketing roles and able to handle large budgets.
- Proven skills in campaign setup, optimisation and budget management (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising).
- Proficiency with automated bidding strategies and bid management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret large datasets and drive actionable insights.
- Experience with search analytics and attribution models.
- Ability to juggle multiple campaigns with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English; a Nordic language is a plus.
Nice to have:
- Experience in travel, tourism or e-commerce.
- Google Ads/Bing certifications.
- Knowledge of SEO and its interaction with paid search.
- Experience with tag management, conversion tracking and automation scripts.
- Experience with landing page testing and optimisation.
