TUI’s Nordic social media team is looking for a Social Media Manager focusing on TUI’s paid social activities in our four Nordic markets. The position is a temporary cover for a parental leave spanning over 1.5.2020-31.8.2021. You will be a part of the wider Digital Marketing unit that is responsible for performance and social marketing at TUI.

The position is based in the center of Stockholm at our Service Office at Münchenbryggeriet!

What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, production, publishing and reporting on TUI’s Swedish, Finnish, Danish and Norwegian paid social channels. You will also coordinate efforts cross functions to plan for paid social content spanning from automated dynamic ads to brand campaigns and weekly tactical ads.

Day to day tasks for the role are:

  • Managing Nordic and local weekly tactical social ads as well as always-on and prospecting campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
  • Overseeing the production process for social ads; assets, copy, links, translations
  • Optimizing and monitoring social ads
  • Planning and briefing for paid social content stretching from brand campaigns to weekly tactical ads
  • Active involvement in developing our social content strategy and templates in Smartly
  • Together with our agency, you will operate as the day-to-day lead to resolve issues, provide status, and ensure content performance for social ads on Facebook and Instagram.


Travel 1-2 times/quarter.


What We Are Looking For

To succeed in this role you will need a well-structured and organized mindset as well as knowledge of what type of content works on paid social media.

  • At least 3 years of experience of day-to-day paid social media management; preferably on a Nordic level
  • A mix of a creative and analytical mind-set as this is a role where you need to be able to analyse content performance and come up with new ways of using and testing content on social channels.
  • Strong project management and coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English, and at least one Nordic language
  • Extra points for knowledge in more than one of the Nordic languages
