ABOUT THE JOB

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment processes by finding the right global channels, building strong talent pipelines, and creating a brilliant candidate experience that puts people first.
  • Champion our employer brand by teaming up with our Recruitment Marketing team to show the world why TUI is a great place to work.
  • Build genuine relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs, while collaborating with HR who support with retention risks and skill gaps to nurture internal talent.
  • Create selection processes that work – from screening calls and CV reviews to assessments and conducting interviews that uncover both competency and potential.
  • Support and guide hiring managers through the recruitment journey, sharing best practices, explaining processes and keeping them up to date with current legislation.
  • Create targeted recruitment campaigns online and in-person that support our business as it evolves, representing TUI at universities, career fairs and recruiting events when needed.

 

ABOUT YOU

  • You've got a proven track record in recruitment and understand the full lifecycle. Experience in both corporate and agency settings would be fantastic.
  • You're a sourcing superstar who knows how to use LinkedIn Recruiter, CV databases, Boolean search, specialist job boards and social media to find hidden talent.
  • You understand different assessment approaches and have good working knowledge of HR practices and employment legislation.
  • You're a brilliant communicator in both Swedish and English, whether speaking or writing.
  • You know how to influence through building strong relationships and always put service first for internal and external customers.
  • You're great at juggling priorities while maintaining quality and attention to detail, and you naturally embody our TUI Values (Trusted, Unique, Inspiring).
