Join our global TUI Musement Operations Support Hub Team as an Operations Support Executive in Sydney.

You will provide operational and administrative support to the Operations Support Manager, Destination Manager, Service Delivery teams and business partners in Australia, and wider Asia Pacific region.

ABOUT YOU

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple operational workflows simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Easily adapts to a variety of changes to ways of working and quickly learns new skills.
  • Can solve problems independently and embrace our digital culture.
  • Comfortable working with operational systems, Excel files, and large volumes of data.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills in an international environment.
  • Ability to manage operational pressure, last-minute changes, and shifting priorities.
  • Knowledge of labor-related operational processes and workforce administration is desirable.
  • Interest in cruise operations, tourism, logistics, or workforce planning environments.


ABOUT THE JOB

  • Managing the onboarding and offboarding process in terms of phones, laptop and office related matters to team members. Assisting with any queries related to set up and connections liaising with IT as required.
  • Placing orders and delivery of staff uniform
  • Back office mailbox management 
  • Coordinate and support arrangements for office related activities.
  • Office facilities daily maintenance (office suppliers, building maintenance, courier, etc)
  • Support with business continuity plans and major incident reporting (MIR) 
  • Review services provided after each operation and issue invoices to clients in a timely manner.
  • Constant collaboration and coordination with the Operations Team regarding relevant information pertaining to each call are up to date.
  • Receive and cross check supplier invoices, communicate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or missing information, and ensure these are processed with the Accounting department. 
  • Ensure operation changes are managed to the detail and last-minute changes or requests are fulfilled
