Join TUI Hotels & Resorts as BLUE Guide Digital Experience responsible for overseeing a software-driven system, often an app or interactive screen, that provides personalized, 24/7 assistance to guests, offering information, directions, personalized offers, and handling service requests through various digital channels. Digital host enhances the guest experience by providing immediate, tailored support, freeing up human staff, and creating new opportunities for upselling and improving customer satisfaction at TUI NBlue Bahari Zanzibar.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Sharing and follow-up of any guest’s feedback regarding the hotel services and performance
- Anticipating and fulfilling guest requests and exceeding their expectations
- Successful complaint management, ensuring high guest satisfaction
- Promoting the BLUE App and explaining its functions & features
- Hosting activities in a welcoming and open manner
- Increasing positive guest feedback; actively promoting online reviews, Customer Satisfaction Questionnaires, etc.
- Positive representation of the TUI BLUE brand
- Offers a modern, convenient, and digital-first experience that meets the expectations of the guests.
ABOUT YOU
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in, Hospitality, Tourism and or related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Guest relations area, Digital experience, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Excellent communication skills
- Multitasking skills
- Time-management and organisational skills
- Team player.
- Service-oriented mindset.
- Fluent in more than two languages basics will be Swahili and English. French and German will be considered an asset.
