ABOUT THE JOB
• You are responsible for welcoming our customers at the airport;
• Our passengers can count on your assistance during baggage check-in and boarding;
• In the event of delays or problems, you help passengers as quickly and efficiently as possible. You provide the right solution for the right situation;
• If travellers wish to leave last-minute, you are also the person who will sell the plane tickets;
• You are also responsible for other administrative tasks (handling e-mails, sending mail, etc.). In addition, you will also help with the distribution and stock management of promotional material, business gifts and office materials.

• You are customer-friendly and commercially minded;
• In our international environment, you can express yourself fluently in Dutch, French and English;

• Word, Outlook, Excel; you know the MS Office package like the back of your hand!
• A flexible (part-time) schedule does not scare you, you are fully happy to work alternately in morning/day/night shifts. You will also get to work during weekends and holidays.
